Aufführung von Xie shou ji (kun ju) = Blood-stained hands = Macbeth von William Shakespeare in der Adaptation von Zheng Shifeng durch die Shanghai kun ju tuan (Shanghai Kun ju Company) unter der Regie von Li Jiayao, Shen Bin und Zhang Mingrong unter der Leitung von Huang Zuolin. Ji Zhenhua spielt Macbeth, Zhang Jinxian Lady Macbeth.
Li Ruru : Macbeth is an authentic 'kun ju' production with a wholly Chinese stars, characters and costuming and all the techniques and skills typical of the traditional style.
