Chen, Quan. Nicai de zheng zhi si xiang [ID D18334].
Shao Lixin : Chen Quan was no longer concerned with academic format and he simply made one assertion about Nietzsche after another. For example, he told his traders that Nietzsche disliked modern states because they protected the masses and stifled supermen. He contemplated, "If there will be a new state organization in which superman assumes dictatorial power, then that state symbolizes the 'will to power' and Nietzsche would have no reason not to accept it. Under the ‘superman dictatorship, supermen and geniuses would have the absolute freedom to develop themselves".
