1 1850 James Finn erhält von Zhao Nianzu eine Antwort auf seinen Brief von 1847 über die Zerstörung der Synagoge. Es ist der einzige Brief, der ein Europäer von einem Juden aus Kaifeng (Henan) erhalten hat.
