Chinesisch-amerikanischer Immigrations-Vertrag unter James Burrill Angell. Der Vertrag erlaubt, dass Amerika die Immigranten von Chinesen reduzieren aber nicht voll verbieten kann. Nur Diplomaten, Studenten und Handelsleute dürfen einreisen. Heirat zwischen Chinesen und Amerikanern ist verboten. Der Opium Handel mit Amerika wird verboten.
